Yes. We work with customers who already own property. Share the location and your ideas so we can discuss the site and how your home plans fit the property.

Yes. We can explore changes to an existing design or discuss a custom plan. Start by browsing our floor plans, or tell us about the layout and features you have in mind. We will discuss options in relation to your lot and budget.

Start with a trusted loan officer who can review your situation and discuss financing options and a potential budget. If you need a starting point, ask us for a lending referral.

Your preferred location, anticipated budget, timing, and a list of the spaces or features that matter most to you are helpful. Bring floor plans or inspiration photos if you have them. You do not need to have every detail decided.

Our typical construction estimate is 120 to 150 days, depending on the municipality and level of customization. This is a general estimate rather than a guaranteed move-in date. We will discuss the construction schedule and planning steps for your specific project.

We use fixed-price contracts that outline your home package, including allowances. Additional costs can arise, so we will review what is included with you. If you request changes, we will research the cost and get your approval before moving forward.

Yes. A selected kitchen appliance package is included as part of your construction contract. Review your home package with us to confirm the specific appliances and available options.

Yes. We offer curated interior and exterior finish packages to help you personalize your home. We will guide you through the available selections and explain how your choices fit the project.

Your home has a dedicated job supervisor who manages day-to-day construction activities. You also work directly with an owner throughout the process, keeping you connected to the people responsible for your home.

Yes. We schedule a walkthrough during the electrical and HVAC rough-in stages, as well as a final walkthrough before closing. See our building process for an overview of the steps and opportunities to review your home with the team.

Before closing, we walk through your completed home together, review the finished spaces, and discuss your questions. We also introduce you to the operation of your home’s systems and the routine maintenance needed to care for it.
